Reporting a broken tool

Because every tool runs in your browser, the most useful thing you can include is your browser and version (for example, "Chrome on Android" or "Safari on iPhone"), the tool you were using, and what happened. That tells us far more than "it didn't work" and helps us reproduce the problem quickly.

Suggesting a tool

We build tools that can genuinely run on your device without uploading your files. If you suggest something we cannot do well that way — PDF-to-Word is the usual example — we will tell you honestly why, rather than ship something that disappoints.
